Standard Shipping:
Free standard shipping on all orders to the UK, USA, AUS, IE, FR and NL.

Order Processing Time

Processing Timeline:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order Cutoff Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

United Kingdom:
Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

United States:
Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Changes to Orders:
Order modifications must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may not be possible as processing begins.

Cancellation Policy:

Weekend Orders:
Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is not delivered within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or refund.

Damaged Orders:
